At Urbana Apartments, cats and dogs are welcome as roommates! We are a pet-friendly community offering plenty of space for your pet to run and play. 

 

We allow up to two pets per apartment, with a 100-pound weight limit. Fees include a $300 pet deposit and a $300/$500 pet fee. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact Urbana Apartments for further details on our pet policy.
